Giving back with Big Five Tours & Expeditions

This year, Cadence partnered with Big Five Tours & Expeditions to give back to the world. The Ereto School, located outside of Arusha, Tanzania was simply a concrete building with no roof, windows, flooring, or doors. Even with these limitations, teachers and students would attend school day after day - sometimes even in the rain. Because of the absence of electricity, it was not possible to weld the metal roof to the building. With the help of Big Five, we were able to donate timber braces, which allowed them to nail the metal roofing to the wood. We also donated windows, and the next project is to build a dorm for the teachers so they don’t have to travel several miles each day, as well as the flooring for the building.

We love working with partners who are also committed to giving back to those in need, and make this world we all love so much a better place! A big thanks to Big Five Tours & Expeditions President, Ashish Sanghrajka and VP of Sales, Paul Dorgan, who both came to share more about the process with us at Cadence Connects 2019!
